Really nice, slightly dated and yet updated. Meaning completely remodeled kitchen with a w/d, dishwasher, nice kitchen floor and cupboards, fairly well supplied for dinnerware & flatware, adequate pots & pans. Carpet has seen better days, just wear and tear. This place is 5 stories and on the bay, peaceful, a bit hard to find, use Blu as a point of entrance . Oh, be prepared to bring your own tp and d/w tabs. They provide initial and that's it. One thing I did not like was the dogs that are allowed to stay with their owners, barking, barking, barking. Would love to stay here again.

Great place, clean and easy to get to. Dog friendly. Large kitchen and plenty of room and closets. I'm here off season, so it's very quite.

Had a great week! Views were beautiful. Full kitchen laundry and separated bedroom were fantastic! (It is time for new matress's!!!) Location was perfect. Easy check in, although 5pm is somewhat late. Dog friendly yet very quite and clean. (even the elevator and stairwell smelled good). Beautiful well kept grounds. Thank you for not disappointing me Terri.

Well kept condos with a nice kitchen and washer and dryer. Excellent maintenance. He replaced a dishwasher in a very short time. I had a three bedroom unit even though I didn't request it. Good location and close to everything. Especially enjoyed Happy Jack pancakes. Went to Berlin twice and a wine tasting with music. The only negative experience was trying to reach the office either in person or on the phone.

My family has a timeshare here I would in years in passed it was better. They have works there this time of year. My uncle had to keep calling to help finally they figure themselves to then call back and explain to the customer service rep so that they understand and then they were able help but I thought they might have to bring them back with us. It's padcode instead of a key. There used to be a worker on site and we all these companies are getting cheap. There beautiful rooms the they have has two 3 bedrooms and someone could sleep in the living room, a kitchen and two bedroom it's very nice set up there also a dining room. We just with couple days but didn't stay over.

We've been coming here for over 30 years. I can happily say that every penny is worth it. It's clear the feds maintenance fees go straight into the property. Well maintained, clean and regularly updated the units are clean, fresh and comfortable. Wonderful location. Quiet by the Bay, but literally 2 block from the ocean. Edit: six years later. As so many have reviewed: management changed and with it a decline in quality. Gone are the carpets for filthy, faux wood laminate flooring. The floors were so bad that no one wanted to walk in socks or bare feet because they would turn black. I popped open the utility closet and the mop had actual dry mold and cobwebs on it. Maybe the staff is just doing a quick sweep? I ended up going to the local Food Lion, grabbing cleaning supplies including a Swiffer that I will now be bringing each year, and just cleaned the hell out the place myself. We left it cleaner than we found it and helped the cleaning staff out by reducing their overall work load. This speaks to the cleaning staff and not management. Either their workload is too much for who they have on staff or they are not being compensated enough to take pride in their work. That part is management. Decisive action tends to fix these things. The bigger problem is quality. It's uncanny how, despite the volume of money they taking in, the changes made feel like downgrades. For example, the floors. Why strip carpets to put in low-grade laminate floors? Why remove higher quality electronics and replace them with older models? Why change out the pizza pan, nothing else and leave the lobster pot under the garbage disposal? The observable details inform about the decisions behind them. The decisions are bad, so it's not unreasonable to question the quality of the property managing skills of those making them. I'll be keen to see what changes are made over the next 11 months, how they will impact us, and how that will reflect on management.

This is my first time staying at Pointe on the Bay and I must say, I love it!! The resort is away from the street, with lovely views of a dock area beside some vacation houses and a smaller body of water. The units are very spacious, with a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The mirrors on the wall in the living room are a very nice touch. However, the carpets and couches definitely need to have some type of cleaner run over them!! Both are pretty funky! The carpets smell like corn chips (feet) and the couches are pretty musty. Other than that, the stay is worth the dime...
